The following is a summary of Vermont's regulations as they pertain to the inflatable industry along with links to the actual regulations. There may be city or county regulations as well, check with your local government entity. State contact information is listed at the bottom of the page.

§ 722. Certificate of operation

(a) An amusement ride may not be operated without a certificate of operation issued at least 15 days prior to operation.

(b) owner must submit all the following:
(1) Certificate of insurance in the amount of not less than $1,000,000.00
(2) Payment of a fee in the amount of $100.00.

(c) The certificate of operation shall be valid for one year from the date of issue.

(d) A copy of the certificate of operation shall be posted on or near each amusement ride
