The state of Michigan does not regulate the inflatable industry at this time. A research effort has been initiated as a result of the last Carnival-Amusement Safety Board meeting. There is a great deal of interest in Michigan and regulations may be coming in the near future. There may be city or county regulations, check with your local government entity. Check this site often for new developments.
